Use of Service

Capsulinker enables secure peer-to-peer communication through unique capsule passwords. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and sharing it only with trusted participants. We do not store your conversations, messages, files, or personal identity information on our servers.

Payments & Refunds

Access to the Service may require prepaid usage fees. All payments are final. Refunds will not be issued if you lose your password, cannot log in, or choose not to use a purchased capsule/session.

Service Availability

The Service relies on your device, browser, and internet connection. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of Liability

Capsulinker is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by inability to access the Service, lost passwords, or third-party infrastructure issues.
